SPONSOR A CHILD:
We understand that family situations arise and at times many families may not be in a position to provide payment for programs. Therefore, all participant(s) parent or guardians are eligible to apply for a programming scholarship through our application process. The awarded scholarships are approved on a need basis and criteria is similar to other assistance programs such as our public school’s free and reduced lunch program.
All scholarship participants are afforded the same opportunities for participation as non-scholarship participants. Participants awarded curriculum program scholarships must meet the minimum attendance requirements to be eligible to apply for a future scholarship need.
By sponsoring a participant through First Tee – West Virginia, your support will help offset the cost to operate our after school character education programs as well as provide a financial scholarship for one (1) 8 week Life Skills Curriculum program to a participant in need.
